About MCF
Built on Delivery. Trusted by Melbourne.
For over 15 years, Melbourne Commercial Fitouts has been the trusted partner for businesses that demand quality, transparency and results.
Our Story
Melbourne Commercial Fitouts was founded with a single purpose: to deliver commercial office fitouts the way clients actually want them — on time, on budget, and with no surprises. Over 15 years and 200+ projects later, that commitment hasn't changed.
We work with businesses of all sizes across Melbourne's CBD and suburbs, from boutique professional services firms to large corporate tenancies. Every project is led personally by our builder and director, Mike Tumer, who brings hands-on expertise and a direct line of communication to every client.
How We Work
Transparency First
Fixed-price proposals, clear timelines, and honest communication throughout every project. No hidden costs, no surprises.

Mike Tumer personally oversees every project from initial consultation through to final handover. You always have a direct line to the decision-maker.
Minimal Disruption
We plan works around your business hours — including after-hours and weekends — so your team stays productive throughout the build.
Quality That Lasts
We use proven materials, experienced tradespeople, and rigorous quality control to deliver fitouts that stand the test of time.
Meet Our Builder
Mike Tumer
Builder & Director
Mike Tumer founded Melbourne Commercial Fitouts after more than a decade working across commercial construction in Melbourne. Frustrated by the industry's tendency toward vague pricing and poor communication, he built MCF around the principles he believed clients deserved: fixed prices, direct access, and genuine accountability.
Today Mike personally leads every project — from the initial site visit and design brief through to construction and final handover. His hands-on approach is why MCF clients come back project after project.
